Without the right mindset tools, even the strongest athletes struggle to perform at their best. Building the mental skills that keep your athletes confident, focused, and resilient is just as essential as physical training.
Mental performance coaching supports athletes in developing the psychological skills needed to perform consistently, manage pressure, and sustain well-being. My services are designed to complement existing athletic and academic support systems and can be customized to meet the needs of individual teams and programs.
In individual sessions, athletes develop the mental skills needed to perform consistently under pressure. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, manage nerves, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build routines that support both performance and overall well-being.
Workshops are hands-on and activity-based. Athletes may work in groups, write on posters, reflect individually, or move through guided exercises. These sessions build self-awareness, communication, and team-wide connection through active learning.
Talks are more lecture-style and focus on education, insight, and practical application. Each session breaks down key mental performance concepts and provides strategies teams can implement right away. Every talk includes time for discussion and Q&A to meet the specific needs of your group.
